1. Prices and taxes
The applicable price is the approved offer or proposal price. VAT and taxes are shown according to the relevant entity, client and jurisdiction. Third-party costs are separate unless stated in writing.
2. Payments and deposits
Small fixed offers may be prepaid. Builds use the stated milestones. A deposit reserves capacity and may not represent the total price. Work starts after payment and receipt of required inputs.
3. Payment methods
Stripe handles card payments. Developer Space retains session, payment, subscription and customer references needed for tracking. The signed Stripe webhook is the source of truth; a browser success page alone is insufficient.
Bank transfer may be offered on an approved invoice. Verified banking details are provided only in the relevant proposal or invoice. Any request to change payment details should be confirmed directly through support@developer-space.digital.
4. Cancellation and refunds
Completed audits and delivered work are non-refundable. Cancellation is reconciled against completed work, committed third-party costs and reserved capacity. If Developer Space cancels without delivering paid scope, the undelivered portion is refunded.
5. Subscriptions
Subscriptions are paid in advance. Unused hours or posts do not roll over. For Monthly Social Content, an initial three-month period is recommended and cancellation notice is 30 days. The specific rules of each service prevail.
6. Late payment
Developer Space may suspend work, support, publishing or deliverable access while an amount due remains unpaid, subject to applicable law and contract.
