2. Data collected
- Contact, company, brief and project information supplied voluntarily.
- Account identifiers, project status, files and commercial history.
- Technical data required for security: IP, timestamps, logs and login attempts.
- Stripe references; full card data is not stored by Developer Space.
3. Purposes and lawful bases
Data is used to answer enquiries, prepare and perform contracts, manage payments and Client Space, secure systems, meet legal duties and, with permission where required, publish a reference. Bases may include contract performance, pre-contract steps, legal obligation, legitimate security interests or consent.
4. Providers and transfers
Depending on the project, data may be processed by hosting, Stripe, email, storage, database, development and AI providers expressly identified in scope. Provider choice, location and safeguards are reviewed where project data requires it.
5. AI and human review
Sensitive or regulated data is not sent to an AI provider without appropriate assessment and agreement. AI outputs remain subject to factual, legal, brand and safety review appropriate to the use case.
6. Retention and security
Data is retained as needed for projects, support, accounting, legal obligations and defence of claims. Secrets, briefs, uploads, logs and payments are stored outside the public web directory in the supplied architecture. No system can be guaranteed risk-free.
7. Cookies and analytics
The site enables no non-essential analytics by default. If Plausible measurement is configured, it is loaded without marketing cookies. Stripe and the host may use their own mechanisms necessary for security and payment.
8. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability, and withdraw consent. You may also contact the competent supervisory authority.
