These general terms supplement each signed proposal. Where they conflict, the specific proposal or contract prevails.
1. Scope
Deliverables, exclusions, responsibilities, timeline, price and acceptance criteria are defined in writing. Anything not included is outside scope. Changes may affect price and timing.
2. Client responsibilities
The client supplies access, content, decisions, approvals and accurate information within agreed windows. Delays may move production and require revised timing or costs.
3. Revisions and acceptance
A revision stays within the approved direction and scope. New directions or deliverables are quoted separately. Feedback must be consolidated by the named decision maker.
4. Ownership
After full payment, identified client-specific deliverables transfer according to the proposal. Developer Space retains pre-existing methods, tools, libraries, templates and know-how. Third-party components remain subject to their licences.
5. Support
Standard builds include 30 days of defect support unless stated otherwise. This does not cover new features, third-party changes, content, misuse, hosting or changes outside control.
6. Third parties and AI
Hosting, APIs, AI models, app stores, stock and payments are third-party services. Availability, pricing and policies may change. AI outputs require appropriate review and are not guaranteed accurate.
7. Warranties and liability
No revenue, ranking, reach, lead, sale, adoption or third-party availability is guaranteed. Final liability limits are stated in the applicable contract and remain subject to mandatory law.
